I, __________________________, referred to as HEIR, herewith unconditionally assigns my right, title and interest in an expectancy of to the estate of __________________________ to _________________________, referred to as ASSIGNEE, in a maximum amount of $______ (___________________ & ____/100 dollars) under the terms and conditions stated herein for and in consideration of the love and affection I have for ASSIGNEE.

Said assignment is made without guarantee of the specific amount, if any, to be received from the estate. The amount received, if any, may be less than $_________ (______________________ & _____/100 dollars). Any and all sums above $__________ shall be the property of HEIR.

In the event of litigation or other dispute concerning the legacy, the HEIR shall have control over such litigation and dispute and shall have sole authority to compromise or pursue the litigation.

The ASSIGNEE shall withhold and pay, and fully indemnify   the HEIR from all federal, state or other applicable government taxes on the legacy owed by HEIR, including gift tax upon the portion of the legacy collected by HEIR. Upon request ASSIGNEE shall provide HEIR with an opinion of counsel acceptable to HEIR that such liabilities have been satisfied.
